Return policy

Eligibility
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.

Non-returnable items

  • Custom or personalized menu covers and place card holders

  • Opened lighting fixtures (unless defective)

  • Clearance or final sale items

How to Return

  1. Contact us at style@restauclub.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  2. Pack the item securely with original packaging.

  3. Ship to the address provided. Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer unless the item was defective.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Exchanges
Contact us directly for exchanges. We will process a return and new order.
